Marine Sewing

Sewing and repair work for marine fabric projects, with attention to seams, edges, and zipper installation. These examples show a worn panel alongside its newly sewn replacement and a bimini window replacement.

Custom HMPE Rope Splicing

Custom splicing and assembly using high-modulus polyethylene (HMPE) rope. Shown here are details from a man-overboard recovery project, from the rope work to the assembled red-and-yellow components.

John Deere Doors

Repair and reconstruction work on soft John Deere tractor cab doors, using fire-retardant materials throughout, including fire-retardant clear vinyl and Kevlar thread. These photos follow worn panels through cutting, fitting, and sewing.

Upholstery

Bringing a well-used seat back into service with replacement upholstery and careful fitting. These projects show the work from exposed seat padding to finished dragon-pattern chairs and traditional patterned upholstery.

Custom Bike Bags

Custom sewn storage shaped around a bike and the gear it carries. This frame bag fits beneath the top tube, with orange cord lacing through sewn attachment loops and a long side zipper for access.
